How it all began...
Hello! My name is Jessica and I created Tivoli Housekeeping after many years of cleaning for friends and neighbours, originally as a source of extra income. I received very positive feedback for my high standards and attention to detail, so after becoming a single mother, I decided to take the plunge and make this more than just a few extra pennies on the side!

I have based this business around what I would want from a housekeeping service, more than just cleaning, it's the extras and the personable nature of our client relationship that makes this, in my opinion, really quite special.

Another aspect that I was keen to adopt was a booking system that was transparent and efficient. Where you book a time and date that works for you, where you can pay online, where all it takes is a few clicks and you're booked in! Peace of mind that when you get home all you need to do is put your feet up!

Hello! I'm Jess and when I'm not assisting with keeping homes beautiful and supporting my lovely clients with housekeeping duties, then I am with my two children who are 11 years and 18 months old. I love being a Mother and I'm very aware of the domestic support needed to run a household, I offer all aspects of our housekeeping services advertised, from cleaning to babysitting. You can rest assured that your home, children and pets will all be well looked after when a booking is made with me.

WHITNEY
Assistant Manager
Whitney has previously worked with Enviromaid as a Housekeeping Supervisor and also at Croft Farm ensuring that their housekeeping was consistently a high standard. Whitney is passionate about providing our clients with the best cleaning and housekeeping experience and is meticulous in all that she does.
In her spare time Whitney enjoys going on long country walks, listening to music and reading books
ANDREA
Housekeeper
Andrea joins our team with an extensive background in housekeeping and property management. Andrea has very high standards and is meticulous in her work, her aim is for you to feel like your home is a hotel and is flawless!
Andrea has a passion for interior design and DIY, and in her spare time enjoys countryside walks and discovering new places to visit in the Cotswolds.
SILVIA
Housekeeper
Silvia is originally from Slovakia and has lived in the UK for over 20 years. Silvia is a Mother to two daughters age 10 and 13 years, so has a great understanding of what is needed to run a household smoothly, especially with her previous experience working as a housekeeper.
Silvia graduated from college with a Diploma in Polygraphic.
Silvia has a wealth of experience working with children, working for 12 years at the National Star College, as well as experience as a Nanny and as a Teaching Assistant!
NATALIE
Housekeeper
Natalie is a very experienced cleaner who has a background in cleaning for luxury apartments and homes in Cheltenham. We are thrilled that she is a part of our team, her focus and attention to detail is always consistent and her warm demeanour makes her a pleasure to have in your home.
Natalie is a Mother herself and she understands the importance of a clean and tidy home that runs smoothly!
MAISEY
Housekeeper
Maisey previously ran her own Cleaning business and is extremely thorough and meticulous in achieving high standards.
Her care and attention to detail is what makes her a true asset to Tivoli Housekeeping.
When Maisey isn't working for our wonderful Clients she is visiting her friends in her hometown or spending quality time with her family in Cheltenham.
KATARINA
Housekeeper
Katarina has lived in the UK for over 13 years, she has two Sons that keep her busy and fully understands the demands of a busy household.
Katarina is very thorough in her Housekeeping and has many positive reviews, she is well loved by our clients.
Extremely hard working, Katarina has an excellent eye for detail, is very reliable and an asset to Tivoli Housekeeping.
When Katarina is not working she loves nothing more than hiking, cooking and baking!

Sarah has worked in high-end retail and design for over 20 years, this has given her a great eye for detail and a knowing of what is requiredto make an interior feel stylish , welcoming and immaculate.
With two grown up Children, Sarah has juggled work and family life over the years so understands what Clients want and need to keep a busy household on track!

ELLA
Housekeeper
Ella provides our 'Lite' service, where Clients book Housekeeping but Ella uses their equipment and products. Ella really enjoys cleaning and tidying and is always upbeat and eager to ensure our Clients are very pleased with her hard work and impressed with her can do attitude! Ella loves to spend her free time on her bike, and spending time with her family and friends
