Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
Cleaning equipment is provided by Tivoli Housekeeping and their usage is covered by our insurance, however, If you have booked for Ironing then we would need use of your ironing board. We are able to use our customers cleaning equipment or supplies provided that these meet health and safety requirements.

How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?
When you book one of our services online you are required to complete a booking form during checkout where you can detail and requests or important information. If you need to cancel your booking you need to give 48hrs notice or you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price.On the day cancellations will be charged at full price. Cancellations and changes can be requested by emailing info@tivolihousekeeping.com

How will you collect and return my keys?
When you book you are required to complete a secure booking form detailing where and when you would like your keys collecting/returned, for example from a safe place outside of your home, in person, or perhaps with a neighbour.

Who will be attending my home?
You will be given the name of the staff member cleaning your home at the time of booking. All of our staff are uniformed and DBS checked for your peace of mind. We are a small local team and you can read a short Bio about each of us on the 'About' page of the website.

What does my booking include?
Housekeeping sessions are inclusive of the following: Cleaning, Organising, Ironing, Changing of Bedding, Meal Prep, Light Gardening, Babysitting, Dog walking and any other household chores. You book Our time, and in that time we will do Our best to achieve what it is you'd like addressing.

What can be achieved in my 2 hour booking?
This will be dependant on the current condition of your home but our aim is for you to come home and enjoy your clean and tidy surroundings. Our two hour Tivoli service is based on an average 2 bed/1 bath home, for bigger homes you may want to include specific requests on your booking form during the checkout process. Alternatively you may want to book two cleaning sessions per week (4 hours).

Why can I only book online?
We decided to move away from the traditional visit then quote mentality, we understand our customers are busy, they want a fixed price and clear transparency of exact times and days of cleans as well as future availability. By keeping to an online format you have a quick and efficient way of booking your clean, overseeing your scheduled bookings, without worrying about having to pop to a cash point!
We will consider regular bookings if they are no less than 4 hours a week, otherwise sessions are to be booked online.
